Since Raf Simons arrival two years ago, this French Fashion House has run into revolutionary highway. But now in 2014, who can ever imagine this alteration. Like on this Resort 2015 presentation, Raf surprisingly choose Brooklyn, every fashion insider never imagine Dior with Brooklyn in the same sentence. But Raf really make it happen, and fortunately nailed it!
Raf combine his clean, simple, practical aesthetic with French chicness of Dior legacy. Dior collection now represent its new DNA which added from its latest highly client; American woman. Dior classic scarf is the main inspiration of these 66 numbers.
When last two season we wowed with some sculptural, molded but still minimalism, now we see the lightness, crisp, clean, breezy numbers; another Raf's surprise.
The elongated silhouette come in high waist pants, knee length skirt and cinched waist with fabric blocking pattern. The floral embroidered numbers with chevron stripes are fresh and never seen at Dior before. The color choice balancing the floral prints without seeming too romantic.
