Akris Spring/Summer 2014 Womenswear

Mimic of Nature!
Albert Kiemler decided to deal with nature in his collection of Akris spring/summer 2014. Sand lines, granite stones, honeycomb and algae transform into beautiful lavish fabrics. Everything are produce with large scale on chiffon, cotton voile and leather. It's almost like seeing earth closer, looking each element in front of our nose.
Shirtdress, midriff bearing numbers, thin sweaters and light skirts are dominated. Some laser cut numbers are gorgeous, just like the fragile and wild as the nature itself. The ms=ost interesting number maybe the green algae dress, with some iridescent foil ornament.

Akris take us to a coast an sea voyage in its resort 2013 campaign. With sea wave and fisherman boat painting as the background, model Patricia van der Vliet pose in relax way as in her vacation in front of Karim Sadli's lens.
The nautical style come in navy color, nautical stripes and fisherman prints literally. The over size bags are stylish, tough, and functional.
