Prabal Gurung, the new rising designer and everybody's favorite, well known as his feminine line. But for the pre-fall 2014, Prabal gets tailoring. The tailoring numbers come in perfect slim silhouette jacket. but it's not just ordinary jackets. The asymmetrical lapels, the unusual draping on back side and elbow cut-out are some detail that we will love so much.
This season, Prabal gets experimental with fabric choice. Leather, knitting, denim, satin, prints with some masculine graphics or even intreciatto water color themed, and super sheer sheath fabrics are blend together. The color palette also interesting, with lot of black, white and gray, Prabal use to add the cold color like powdery blue and pale pastel pink.
Maybe you will love the surreal floral prints on satin, just like me, but i wondering, Is anyone feeling that fuzzy ruffles in front just make us dizzy? That ruffles is little bit too much for me. But the smart choice placing them on the back side. It's just gorgeous.
