Givenchy Spring/Summer 2014 Womenswear

Japanese - Africans Culture Clash!
Riccardo Tisci is on the top level in fashion design. His design for French fashion house, Givenchy, are always being anticipated for every fashion people. It's always innovative, new, fresh, eclectic, and high definition with high quality craftsmanship.
For spring 2014, Ticsi inspired by Japanese and Africans culture. He blend it all together to a new collection. While people looking for prints tees and knitwear, they'll be upset (or surprisingly happy) not to find them in the latest collection. Its all about drapping and kimono-esque.
Tisci produce some deconstructive kimono style. Kimono look come in form of syuit with twisted lapel, reduced sleeves and decorative shiny fabrics. The Africans roots come in shabby color and drapery. The drapery are so genius. With strech jersey draping in ring under the neck to leather strap look like suspenders.
The crystal mask on models face give the stronger total look of the runway.
Its different from the latest three seasons, but Tisci is all about innovation, and he is successfully brilliant.
